Description:Pre-event of the IVS Management Conference, which attracted 10,000 attendees last June in Kyoto and will be held over three days from July 4th to 6th this year! This session is designed for those interested in hosting side events. It will offer a chance to share know-how on organizing such events. Whether you’re thinking about launching a side event, just curious, or want to learn more before deciding, this gathering is for you. Let’s come together to make the most out of IVS by being initiators, not just attendees, and unlock deeper networking opportunities and new encounters!
Last year at IVS 2023 KYOTO, in addition to 250 sessions, nearly 150 side events organized by participants were held. This year, we encourage even those who have previously only attended to take the plunge and join us in creating something special.
