Tokyo is launching a new initiative to boost the growth of SMEs and startups through a talent exchange program with large corporations. This program includes both long-term secondments and short-term side jobs, allowing for skill development and knowledge sharing between companies.
This initiative aims to foster SME and startup growth while promoting talent development in large companies. The program includes comprehensive support for matching large companies with SMEs and startups, including coordination and advice on secondment and side job arrangements.

For large corporations, they wish to develop their employees through external assignments. For SMEs and startups, they seek to benefit from the expertise of large corporation employees.
